(2) 由於市場變化等因素，本公司無法保證產品時刻庫存充足。若訂購產品缺貨，雙方均有權按條款取消訂單或協議處理。

本網站所有產品、服務及樣本均僅供個人使用。閣下不得將購買或取得之產品進行轉售。如懷疑違反此條款，本公司保留取消訂單之獨有酌情權。
3. 資料的準確性
本公司盡力確保刊載資料準確，但並不保證內容完全無謬誤。若售價標示有誤：按實際情況採取較低售價出售，或與閣下取得共識後處理。
4. 訂單生效
本網站顯示的資料僅構成「購買邀請」。閣下下單構成「購買要約」。合約僅在本網站發出發貨通知或產品實際寄出時方告成立。
5. 送貨政策
(1) 本公司致力提供極速出貨體驗，目標為 24 小時內發貨，但最遲不超過 14 天。
(2) 偏遠地區或唐樓之附加費由客戶承擔。詳情請參考【運送政策】。
6. 取消訂單與退款
缺貨退款於 30 個工作天內處理。若無故拒收，客戶須承擔運費及銀行手續費，本公司保留扣除商品總額 25% 作為處理費之權利。
7. 會員登記與積分獎賞
閣下保證資料真實準確。積分計劃細節以網站最新公佈為準，本公司保留修訂權利。
8. 知識產權
本網站所有內容屬 Cobolife International Limited 財產。未經授權，嚴禁作任何商業用途。
9. 免責聲明
在法律許可最大範圍內，本公司不就任何因使用本網站而引致的損失承擔責任。
10. 管轄法律 (Governing Law)

Terms of Use
Welcome to the LIFECLUB website (the "Site"). This Site is operated by Cobolife International Limited (the "Company").
Our Privacy Policy explains our policies regarding the collection of data and forms part of these Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Provision of Services
(1) The Site provides product information, order confirmations, delivery services, and other related services.
(2) We cannot guarantee products are always in stock. If out of stock, both the Company and the User have the right to cancel the order.
2. Personal Use Only
All products and samples are for personal use only. Resale is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of violating this term.
3. Accuracy of Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you for instructions or cancel the order.
4. Formation of Contract
Information on the Site is an "invitation to treat." A contract is only formed when we send a dispatch notification or when the product is physically delivered.
5. Delivery Policy
(1) We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible (goal within 24 hours), but no later than 14 days from the order date.
(2) Remote area or walk-up surcharges shall be borne by the customer. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds for out-of-stock items will be processed within 30 business days. For refused deliveries without cause, the Company reserves the right to deduct a 25% restocking fee.
7. Member Registration and Rewards
You agree to provide accurate information. Reward programs are governed by the latest versions published on this Site.
8. Intellectual Property
All content is the property of Cobolife International Limited and protected by Hong Kong and international laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIFECLUB provides the Site on an "as is" basis and shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Site.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
