Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at LIFECLUB Global Niche Beauty Store. We are committed to providing reliable and efficient local delivery services:
1. Shipping Methods & Rates (Hong Kong Only)
- Free Shipping: Complimentary delivery on net orders over HK$500.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Shipping charges apply for orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Couriers & Services:
- SF Express: Supports Door-to-Door Delivery or Self-Pickup (SF Lockers, SF Stores, and Service Points).
- JD Logistics (JDL): Supports Door-to-Door Delivery ONLY.
- Coverage: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories.
Remote Area Surcharge: If the delivery address is in a remote area (e.g., Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Islands) or a walk-up building, additional surcharges may apply per the courier's policy and are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing: Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
- Delivery: Estimated 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons, major promotions, or extreme weather conditions.
3. Delivery Confirmation
A signature is required upon delivery. Once a package leaves our warehouse, the destination address cannot be changed. Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon successful delivery.
4. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee of HK$50 per parcel will apply. For cancelled orders, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee.
